Mcreator 1.7.3 / Eating food while full hunger bar

Hello. Im actually using mcreator 1.7.3 for minecraft 1.7.10 and i wanted to know if its possible to create an item like a golden apple, you can eat it while having a full hunger bar. If someone know how to modify the code to do that, plz tell me ^^. Thx
