Why a small mob that I made in mcreator does not enter his house of height of a block ?. I made a mod of small mobs and they can not enter their small houses.

Why a small mob that I made in mcreator does not enter his house of height of a block ?. I made a mod of small mobs and they can not enter their small houses.
It should be a bit lower than 2 blocks.
The bounding/hitbox needs to be smaller than one block.
