Could someone give me a basic tutorial or give me guides to create procedures? It's something I really need to proceed with the creation of my mod.

I haven't found too much information either, but the wiki has a few examples and there are a couple more in the program itself. I could try to help you figure something if you tell me what you want to do, but I am a noob myself, if it is something too complicated I don't think I could help you.

You have to begin with another simpliest programming. you should start with scratch.
