Where's the armor texture creator in 1.8.2?

Where's the armor texture creator in 1.8.2?

I recently installed 1.8.2 after using 1.8.1 for a while and everything looks different, including the fact that the extra features are missing (armor creator, texture creator, mob creator). Where did these features go (especially the armor creator)?

Next to the big green plus button is a tab called resources, in there you have it all.
