If it's possible to modify/add/delete button in Minecraft Main Menu ?

Hey ! As u can see, i just want to know if i can modify/add/delete button in the Minecraft main menu (Not the background picture) like "singleplayer" or "options" and other. I want to create some new buttons ^^
