Glowing plants

Issue description

Would it be possible to add glowing plants? We already have the option to set the light level of standard blocks and it would be neat to have a glowing plant, like a glowing mushroom in a dark dimension, or a glowstone flower.

I think this feature would go great with the new option of biome/dimension restricted plants.

This would make sense, as normal Minecraft Mushrooms actually have a light level of 1.

I have checked and you can already set the light level of the plant. The parameter is called Luminance in GUI.
