Custom Crafting Station

I have dusts of coal and iron, and a crusher. I want to put in coal / iron, and have it spit out the corrisponding dust. I also want it to use coal like a furnace as fuel. How do i do this? (I already set up a basic GUI for the crusher.)

While the video is helpful, i was looking for a machine that works more like a furnace. I will use the crafting table like machine for now, but it would be nice if you could provide an example that works like a furnace. thank you nonetheless, though.

I have just one question, I'm using your technique to make a station that requires 3 ingredients to make a product. I messed around with a few stuff, and it eventually fixed everything into place. And the result was perfect! The station was working, although I did find a bug, lets say the station required, 1 special item, the item you want to transform, and 3 of another item. Now, I found that you can cheat your way to get the product by only having to use that one special item, and the item you want to transform, not the other required item. How do I prevent this from happening? also, I made the procedure to only remove 3 of the needed item, but you can also cheat this but only putting one, or nothing at all.
