This option could be useful for things like upside down slabs, stairs, torch, item frame (1.13) and even lantern (1.14) placement. At the moment, there is no way to change an outcome based on which side a block is effected on. This would allow more than one block state per block. This could also be used for the creation of stairs! People have been begging for stairs and slabs and this could be their answer! If this request is added, it would change Mcreator modding forever!

For example, If a torch is place on a wall it has a wall block state (1). If' it is placed on the floor, it has a floor block state (2).

We plan to add block state support in the future, there is a ticket for this on the issue tracker.
