I need someone who can help with advanced stuff

Is their a way where if you can right click a block and it can picks a number between 1-10? Becuase im making the Mystery Box from CoD Zombies and I want it to give a random wonder weapon! for example

1= raygun

2= wintershowl

3= thundergun

The block picks 3 and gives you coal, its like a dice so to speak but every dot is a specific item

can anyone help me out
