Deleting My Work When I clear A Workspace

So... I accidently hit to use another workspace. I tried to back out of it, but it would not let me go (or even close the program) without entering a title. So i entered one, but then I realized it over-writted my other workspace, (Most notcibly my DogCraft workspace I had put hours into) I don't know how this happened and now all my files for DogCraft are gone. Also, Whenever I go to clear a workspace, it  immediately makes me put in a new workspace in it's place. It deleted all my textures, I had made also.
