Ideas For Mcreator2

I have some things for MCreator 2 that could really improve modding experience. These would allow for quirkier mods to be created. 

 

Vehicles: An element used as transport. This could be able to be sky, land or liquid. they could have custom models and use sounds.

Sounds: You can record sounds in the program and then utilize them, similar to texture use. We could also utilize customm sounds for mobs.

Model-making: MCreator should have its own modeler, rather than using Techne. We could make textures, animations, and add sounds directly in it.

Finally, I suggest Music Discs and Ambient sounds should be elements

I also have in mind a few other features. It would be 

 

Particle: These could be used on blocks or mobs. It could be made in a simple painter, much like the Item/block texturer.

Changes to pre-exsisting features: Many modern mods not only add new things to the game, but change how things in the normal game work as well. For example, adding animations to ocelot's tails or making certain things react to other things in new ways. This is so Bessy the cow can eat those Plundervines from your MLP mod you made.

Books/written texts: A fun little thing to add would be an ability to create items that, when clicked, present readable text. Such an example is the Dinopedia in Jurassicraft.

Custom Enchantments: These can be put on tools, weapons, or armor to enhance or debuff the item.

Potions/effects: Allows for new effects to be created. Can be useful in making certain things more realistic, such as Wisdom, which could be attained through reading lots of books.

I do a lot of custom coding. I'd like to see a better code editor. I love this program, but the editor is weak.

Mobs need more features, like stability and with what, more model bases, and more sound capabilities, with more than three sounds. Then, we could have more unique mobs.

i dont know if any of these have been done yet, but i am just going to do a brain dump of all my ideas.

 

-veichle creation

-progress for GUI's (Like furnace cooking or potion brewing)

- charge time for guns. (Hold the use button to charge up, delay is in microseconds before full charge)

-animations?

-more mob sounds

-enchanting

-more portal variety, like using a MCedit schematic for the portal frame

the option for explosions to not play particle effects.
