Make a NPC and this mob can have a item on right click on him?

I would like to know if it is possible (in Java code on MCreator) to make a mob (with the normal MCreator mod maker) and make a code who do the NPC must take like a zombie the item or other when the player right like on him. If you know how to make it please help me with this problem. THANKS YOU!
