Dear Pylo, Ideas for MCreator 1.9.2.

Dear Pylo,

                 Here a selection of a few features that I think would make MCreator 1.9.2 even better than MCreator 1.9.1 might be, in terms of usability and a better customization experience for users.

 

1. Efficient crafting.

To make crafting more efficient, instead of clicking every single option in the crafting recipe and choosing what item should go there, allow us to select an item from perhaps a drop down somewhere else, then drag it across the slots that we wish to use to automatically place that item there. For example, if I want to make a chest with eight sponges, instead of clicking the eight slots and choosing sponge, I can just choose sponge from a drop down or something similar, then drag my cursor across the eight slots to fill it with sponge. This would make large scale recipe modding, like you are expected to do when you make a new wooden plank for every single wooden item in the game, a hell of a lot easier.

 

 

2. Slight change to custom colours in biome creation.

Instead of being forced to change all three of the biome colours (sky, ground, water), we should be able to chose on section of the biome individually. This way, I can edit the colour of the ground without having to find the vanilla skies' colour code.

 

 

3. New addition to the rarity system in structure generation.

Instead of having just the option of "x out of 1,000,000 chunks", why don't we make that option an advanced feature, and then make a new, checkbox like rarity system. For example, if I click a village checkbox, this will make the structure as rare as villages. If I click the desert well checkbox, it will make the structure as rare as desert wells. That way I don't have to do awkward math were I take five structures, make them 2000 / 1000000 chunks, but then compare each five to half guess how rare an encounter with an individual structure will be. Instead, I can definitively know how rare it will be in my head.

 

 

4. Portal lighter mini-changes.

I don't know how you would change this, but why does a portal have to have a lighter. Instead, can't we have the option to automatically light the portal as soon as the frame is built?

3.Disagree, when you want something on a custom Biome etc,and want to generate everywhere, you can't. If would be better, if we can choose if we use this, or the 1 in 1000000 thing.

I agree with #1, 2 and 4, much like Rockstar. A small addition to your fourth change:

Allow the ability to have Dimension portals either in Nether Portal or End Portal designs. Meaning, for Dimension A, you'd have to build a portal similar to the Nether Portal, however for Dimension B, you could build a portal with the same likeness of the End Portal.

I mean, technically, making an End Portal-esque frame for custom Dimensions can be done using procedures (and a lot of blocks), however having an official choice could change up how users design Dimensions and their respective Portals.

i juet think you can have a disable portal option so you can make custom portals using procedures
