Where did the texture creator using templates go?

Where did the texture creator using templates go?

I can't make textures very well, and I require the texture creator so much because it has templates, transparency, and more. I don't know where it went. Ever since

1.9.1, I can't find it. It just redirects me to the "Make Texture From Scratch" menu.

STEP 1 Ok so what you do is…

STEP 1
Ok so what you do is click on the "Start from Scratch"
STEP 2
Then in the top left corner there is a button that says "generate from template"

I don't know if that's what your asking but if it is I hope this helped
