After export, the mod does not work

I work in 1.7.3, solved the problem with crash when exporting - installed JDK. I put the mod in mods, then just started the game with the forge version. Mod does not work. Even in the "fashion" it is not. What to do?

The support of the 1.7.3 (Minecraft 1.7.10) has been dropped. So upgrade your software for the 1.9.1 (Minecraft 1.12.2).
