Mcreator 1.9.1 How to import custom block models?

so as the titel says im in Mcreator 1.9.1. While in this version i dont know how to add custom models. i can import them to resources but what do i do on this screen to get the custom model to show up? : https://ibb.co/SRZdtrJ
