Help with energy generator

I am trying to make a "nuclear reactor" block that takes in Uranium Chunks, and fills up with 1,000,000 FE. This can then be transported to other blocks if they take energy. My problem is that when I put in a Uranium Chunk, nothing happens. If I put energy storage next to it and the Chunk inside the reactor, nothing happens. I've tried many tutorials, many different complete re-dos of code but not a single thing has worked. This is what I have right now.
