Mcreator Wall block does not connect

when you make a new block and set the block Base to wall. the code has an error where the wall code does not connect the blocks together. can you fix this please?

There are special vanilla Minecraft tags in MCreator, there you need to find minecraft:walls and add all your fences there!

Wrong. all of you are wrong. When I set the new block as "Wall" in block base it should act as a wall type when placed down meaning that nearby solids should connect to it. This is not a "NEED TO ADD A TAG TO IT" No the block is using the wall tag already meaning there is a code error in the changing of the block. to a preset inside the MCreator block creation

Well you can claim it is wrong, but all wall blocks need tag to be connected in Minecraft. Just how Minecraft was designed

if you turn the new block into a "wall" type in the block base does that not set that block as a wall tag. if not, show me where i am wrong.

when setting the block type to a "wall", the minecraft tag isn't applied, and like Klemen explained, you need the wall tag for it to work so you'll have to manually add it with tags
