Texture Breaks On Custom Mob

Hello, I just completed creating my custom mob in blockbench however when I load into the game the texture is completely messed up. It loads, however it is not what I intended for it to look like. If anyone has any solutions or needs more info let me know. I've provided some screenshots of what may be helpful.

*Latest Version of BlockBench

*MCreator Version 2023.3
