MCreator has no log in option. Where do you try to log in?
Runtime parts can be missing if antivirus detects them as a false positive
I can't launch MCreator. I'm trying, and it gives me the error I described above.
You will need to reinstall MCreator and make sure antivirus is not deleting parts of needed installation files
