Offset and Rotation Types for Plants

I am currently trying to add violets that are similar to pink petals. Pink petals are an unusual flower type in that they are not offset on the XZ axis like most flowers. Furthermore, they will always place in the bottom right depending on what direction the player is facing. Currently there is no good way to emulate pink petals in MCreator. Either I can make it as a block instead of a plant, but won't be able to make a suspicious stew, or will not be able to have rotation.
