How to save two java file when edit module elements file

I try to edit the java file to do animation directly,but i edit two file(one is model file because i changed the model file name)and found that when i lock and save one,the other wont be saved:(

The model is created by blockbench,but it's not the blockbench's problem.I mean if you want to edit the mod element file you can just save and lock one,but a mod element have many files.

Oh I found that it just need to lock once that all the files will never be edit......I unlock it when i edit the file before....
