Mod elements transform in another Mod elements

I created a Mod with a lot of elements, but I saw something very strange, there was two equal elements and when a saw the element ID, the clone of the element was another block that I created a long time ago, I searched the Block and I saw that the proprietites of the block desappeared and turned the proprietites of the original duplicated element that I mentioned in the start of the Topic.

Later I was testing my Mod when I saw a recipe that turned a Block that I created a long time ago too, and this started to happen much in my Mod and now It has more than 1000 Mod elements and its pratically Impossible to review all of then and recreate the elements that turned anothers.
