Detect Structure Through Procedures

I want to locate a structure through the use of a procedure, just some default Minecraft structure for now.
The current issue is, no matter what it will not display the output of the locate command to the chat of the player.
Using both execute and execute as entity do not work. The output shows up in the logs, but will not show up in the chat for the player.
