Basic damage is canceled when I use the "entity attacked" trigger

Hello,

 

 I created a procedure that deals additional damage when an entity is attacked. However, the entity does receive additional damage but not basic damage: for example, when I attack it with a sword, the entity only receives bonus damage and not the damage from the sword. 

 

I do not know how to do.
