me and my friend both made a mod on mcreator but when we export them we can't launch the game
Well, there are a lot of MCreator mods that are compatible with each other, so it isn't a problem that all MCreator mods are incompatible.
As far as I know, there are three possibilities for what is happening.
Either A, the two mods use the same internal name (which is unlikely, but can cause any two mods to be incompatible, regardless of whether or not they are made with MCreator).
Or B, one or both of the mods has a problem of some kind. From what you have said, I have no clue what the problem would be precisely, but I would recommend testing each mod individually, then check again if they work together once each one works on its own.
Or possibly C, Minecraft, especially the sign-in services and online play, has been really buggy for the last few days. As far as I know, there isn't anything that you can do about this other than waiting for Mojang (under Microsoft) to resolve it. This could be the problem, in which case you just need to wait.
Provide crash logs of incompatibility and also provide if you use any plugins
