Crafting that leaves item in recipe grid and reduces its durability

Hey, im very very new to modding in general, as in im creating my first item with its recipies and such. I want to create a recipie where i put in 2 items, in this case its Raw Amber and Sandpaper and have it come out as Amber removing the Raw Amber but leaving the Sandpaper and reducing its durability by 10%.
