can we get (semi)transparent textures to work properly? mainly for entities that have layers... 

this is how the texture layer was made 

this is how it looks ingame (combined with the orange base), it turns my semitransparency into not transparent at all, ruining my gradient

 this is how I want it to look (combined with the orange base), respecting the gradient of transparency

As a workaround, I would recommend applying base texture and overlay texture in the layer for now.

We will see what can be done

also, I use the layers because I want to multiply the textures, similarly to Genetic Animals Mod and vanilla horses

on the entity Model Layers, can you apply a translucent layer to an entity ? for example, make a fairy entity normal and the wings as a layer translucent? if so, do we need to actually make another entity for the wings? how the mcreator will read that its translucent if its not checkboxed on the entity visual?
