Need help to add a recipe to craft something from another mod with a recipe type from another mod.

Hello, i'm working to make on a add-on for tough as nails and i got a issue, i'm trying to add a recipe to the purified water bottle who use the create filling with spout system but never work even if i change the recipe repository, use a tag, and i was wandering if anyone know why this happen (sorry for the bad english). Thanks in advance.
