Has anyone ever wished there is a client side only setting?

Hello world! I've been wondering if anyone thinks there should be a client side only feature in MCreator. For example, what if you wanted to make a simple mod that lets you pause time around you, while everyone else is still moving, and they can see you moving, but it just feels like time is paused, or something similar. I may not be a dev of MCreator but I've been wondering if this would ever be made into a feature.
