Help with the procedure!

I created a liquid and want the source to freeze, but not only the source freezes, but also the liquid flowing in all directions. How can I make sure that only the source freezes? If possible, please send a photo.

Freezes like a block of water in a cold biome. Only in this case it freezes after a while.
