Find out if the player has as many items as he entered

Hello, I have a procedure in mcreator and I need somehow that when "IF" the script does not check if the player has the item (in my case Iron Ingot) but to check if he has it and if he has the required amount that he entered when the command was called (number argument in the command: count)
