So I'm currently making a magical mod, and when I use particles for VFX, it looks really bad, and I want something similar to VFX in Techguns mod (laser beams, sonic projectiles etc.) I know it will be very hard to make however if anybody had some success (or if have ideas) please tell me

I'm no expert at this, but from the looks of it, the Techguns mod uses a custom particle library separate from minecraft's to allow for more complex visuals.
I'm fairly certain that recreating those same kinds of visual effects within mcreator would require extensive knowledge of coding. What I would recommend doing is combining "Transparent" particles and "Lit" particles together in your effects to give off a similar vibe.
