It looks like you are trying to enchant something with a custom enchantment that causes a critically hit mob to explode with some power level. You are missing the item inside "Get level of enchantment EXPLOSIVE of [ITEM GOES HERE]".
or get item in main hand of event/target entity if there is no provided itemstack dependency.
