What is the location of a tool being held by a player?

How do I even get the location of that? Seriously, there is barely any information about this online. I would appreciate if anybody would let me know what the location of the off hand and main hand is I would highly appreciate it. The reason why i want this is because I’m making a tool that has particles (bubble particles) coming out of it
