How to check for what block another block is ontop of

i cant seem to find any methods on how to do this (that arent from 2017 - 2018) so can someone please tell me how i can do this

I don’t know how you would trigger it but go into blocks-data and use the get block at xyz and change y input to y minus one! This should work I think hope it helps
