my hard drive was recently wiped when i tired dual booting windows and linux and i lost all of my project files for my mods. I am still able to get the jar files from my curseforge and modrinth accounts and i was wondering if there was any way to decompile the jar files and import the files into mcreator so i can continue working on my mods. if theres any war to show proof of ownership (other than showing project files because... kinda obvious)
This is very likely not at all possible, MCreator compiling mod elements to a mod jar is a destructive process (losing information)
so what your saying is... i have to go through the jar file and reconstruct everything manually... i know how im going to ve spending the next couple days
yeah, you should use version control to make sure this never happens again!

your assuming im going to use logic and do stuff like that before it happenes...
its saying im not authorized on my own repository i just made. how do i fix that
