How do I make an entity send a message at a time to the only player who interact with it? (MCreator 2024.3)

I don't know if this question has been answered anywhere because it sounds like a common question when making an interactive entity using MCreator or manual coding. But I want to ask because I have used the [Send message...] in the Player procedure -> Action and the Procedure templates, all when the "show in action bar" is [false] and [true] but none has worked

No, it does, I did not change the "event/target entity" to "source entity"
Also, how do I make the entity send 1 message each time I walk into it? I figured I would receive spam messages just from 1 second of touching the entity...the phrasing sounds wrong...but you get what I mean
