Extra armor/skin layer renderer

I wanted to add extra armor that would be rendered below the normal armor (as if it were part of the skin). For the slot and procedures i know how to do it (using CuriosAPI), only i have many problems rendering the extra armor. I tried using a 3d model with curios but it doesn't have the walking animations, and the Kleiders Custom Renderer plugin doesn't work very well in 1.19.2.
