How do I make my custom block spawn on the underside of jungle leaves?

I have been trying to add bananas to minecraft, i have a food item added aswell as a block for the bananas to be harvested from. I just cant for the life of me figure out how to make the block only spawn on the underside of the jungle leaves. hopefully with a random rotation aswell so they dont all look the same. any ideas??
