How do I make a block like the Amethyst Cluster? (this is for my Minecraft mod called Stars & Crystals)

There's not really a good updated tutorial for making this kind of block in MCreator, the latest "tutorial" was for 2022 versions, but I'm looking for a way to do it in the version 2024.4, Is there a way to make a multi-directional block that places on all sides of another block?

I can get the loot table down and create the models, it's just the functionality of it and the kind of block I'd like to have in the mod.

My Minecraft Mod is going to have more crystals in the future, so I need to know how I'd do this specific task.

And if you're telling me to just code it in, I'm not good at coding and I don't know how to edit the code in MCreator and even so, it's not going to be the most efficient thing to look for one specific thing in the mod I'm making just to do one thing.

Once I get help with this one thing, I'll be-able to work on my Minecraft Mod a lot more, I just don't know how to make a block like this.

Also, if I'm to use Procedures, I can't normally find half the coding blocks I would probably need to make this work, and even then I wouldn't have an all-rotation block for this to work, just let me know how I'd do this and I'll be happy.
