I made a custom entity (Using Blockbench software) as a java class entity, and when I made animations, I got a weird bug where it's like the shoulders are rotating instead of the arms. Same with the legs, the knees are moving instead of the legs.

This is a pivot point problem. You need to set the pivot point of each limb in blockbench to where you want it to rotate from. I'm pretty sure that by default, the pivot point it at the bottom of the cube, which is why it is rotating from the bottom rather than the top.
