Is there a plugin for Mcreator that checks for non-ascii characters/removes them?

I have a mod that keeps coming up with an error in the reobf.jar file saying it is likely due to non-ascii characters, while also having tried just delete the old build and make a new one, that didnt solve it so i was wondering if there is a way to find the potential non-ascii characters?
