I’m looking for someone who’s good at MCreator to explain to me how to make a mod like Vending Tile.

I want to recreate it with the same functionality:
When the owner right-clicks the machine, they can set the item and the price.
When another player right-clicks it, they can buy the item directly without any GUI.
The machine checks if the player has enough currency, gives the item, and stores the money for the owner.
Only the owner can break it, except in creative mode.
Someone who can explain or help me step by step would be amazing.
