As you know people, there's in game attack speed of weapons, but i want to create a much faster/slower weapons, but don't know how to change the speed attack.
Can anyone help me with it?
I think with tick event --> add potion effect --> mining speed. You can make that when you make it it gets an effeciency enchantement (but in creative inventory it hasn't that enchantement).
