I was trying to make mob AI in 1.8.1 version, but in the "Mob AI Builder", there's nothing. It's just blank.
I tried to right click it to see if something happened but it didn't work. How can I edit the AI?

What is "inline procedures"? How would I access it?

Yes, it does work. I tried it and it worked. And the function worked in-game.
Also I wouldn't want to put pressure on you or anything; but I'm really trying to make a grass creature mob that moves around like a spider, but because the mob AI section doesn't work I can't get it to move *at all*. I've tried to do something with the few boxes that I was able to use, but using them didn't change anything either.
I am struggling to find the cause for this bug. I just can't replicate it. The code for the initializing this system is identical for procedures and for AI tasks. I am not sure why later don't work for you. I will do my best to fix this.
Thank you anyway for your efforts. In the meantime, I guess I can try to see if there's anything I could do to fix it. I'm almost sure at this point that there's some problem with my computer.
There is most certainly something with your computer as on most computers this works, but it should not be that way. If you find out what could be causing this, please tell me what it is so I can try to eliminate this issue in future updates. Thanks!
