Before using the version of Mcreator for Minecraft 1.7.10, now use the version of Mcreator for 1.12.2 (1.8.1) and when I finish creating an article / block / tool I do not have the option to add a crafteo an article / block / tool, if someone can help me I would appreciate it a lot

You have to add recipe mod element. They changed this a while back, and you now have to add the recipe mod element.
For add à recipe to your block / tool / item your need the compenent named "Recipe" to add the recipe
