maximal damage that armor absorbs

Can someone please quickly give maximal damage that armor absorbs for each armor of any material? for example.
diamond armor = 24, this is just an example because I have no idea how much and please do not send me back to the wiki.

Ps. I care a lot about that :)

Luckily, but i found an answer. "Damage values" is how much armor protects you, "Maximal damage that armor absorbs" is the X that defines armor's durability. To calculate armor's durability, use this little formula: X * 11 for the helmet, X * 16 for the chestplate, X * 15 for the leggings, X * 13 for the boots. For vanilla armor: leather X = 5, chain X = 15, gold X = 7, diamond X = 33.
