I can't run minecraft of the latest forge version

When Ever I export my mod and play it on another launcher Twitch it says that the version of (Mod) is only compatible with a forge version lower than the latest

This is how it is designed so you use the proper version of Minecraft Forge with your mod. You can find a workaround here but if you get crashes due to conflicting forge versions, don't open support tickets as you have been warned.
