Problematic Mods Pop Up Message Won't Go Away

Hey,

I started getting problematic mods error messages and then started deleting every mod I was told was problematic. But now I just get empty problematic mods lists and I don't know what to do because I can't download or test my mod now.. 

Please help, this is really annoying and frustrating having to delete everything I worked so hard on and even doing that doesn't help.
